SysLogics Technologies provides technology consulting and software development services including, but not limited to:

• Web and mobile application development
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps
• UI/UX design
• Digital marketing and automation
• IT consulting and enterprise software

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement for each engagement.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Knowingly transmit data or material that contains viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website without written permission

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SysLogics Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property rights in custom deliverables will be governed by the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SysLogics Technologies retains ownership of all tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivery.

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements and information
• Make timely decisions and approvals to avoid project delays
• Ensure you have rights to any content, data, or materials you provide to us
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

Payment terms are specified in individual Service Agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SysLogics Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party services or integrations

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship for a period of 3 years.

We provide our website "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

For development services, we warrant that deliverables will conform to the agreed specifications. Defects reported within 30 days of delivery will be rectified at no additional charge.

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees for work completed become immediately payable
• Each party must return or destroy confidential information of the other
• Intellectual property provisions survive termination

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
